Project Phases

Phase I- Information mapping, evaluation, and project planning

•  Using JIEM tool, map information exchanges as they exist in Crisp County (Map Complete)

•  Evaluate information exchange map, and identify crucial exchanges (Warrant/arrest information identified)

•  Using JIEM tool, develop model for automation system to be installed in Crisp County (Complete)

•  Select vendor to develop and install temporary Proof of Concept platform (Metatomix selected)

Phase II- Proof of Concept Development

•  Work with Middleware vendor selected in Phase I to develop integration plan (ongoing throughout phase II)

•  Demonstrated ability to read database of each participating agency (successful reads of DA, Public Defender, & Magistrate Court)

•  Demonstrate ability to write to each database of each participating agency (successful writes to DA and Public Defender)

•  Perform test integration with live data (Complete)

•  Install integration platform (Installed and running)

Phase III- Proof of Concept Demonstration and Evaluation

•  Evaluate Proof of Concept Demonstration for 90 day period (Complete)

•  Identify flaws and corrections to be made for fully operational system (Complete)

•  Release RFP to qualified vendors (Complete)

•  Select vendor to install full system (Complete: Metatomix has been chosen to build the full-time production system.)


Phase IV- System Operation

•  Criminal Justice Agencies in Crisp County Use the integration features daily
